What we collect
When you request a quote we ask for your name, a way to reach you (phone or email), the project address, and whatever project details you choose to share. That's it — no accounts, no tracking cookies of our own, no data brokers.
No tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers. You can browse every page without being profiled — the only information we ever receive is what you type into the quote form yourself.
Where it goes
Quote requests are stored in a private Google Sheet managed by KJC Construction and emailed to the small set of KJC team members who schedule estimates. Two service providers touch the data as part of normal operation: Google (Sheets and Gmail, where requests are stored and delivered) and Vercel (our website host, whose systems briefly log requests). Neither is permitted to use your information for anything else on our behalf.
How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, we delete quote requests within 24 months. If you become a client, we keep project records as long as needed for warranties and our legal obligations.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request, prepare your quote, and — if you checked the updates box — send you project updates and scheduling reminders. We never sell or share your information for marketing.
